MARCH for science stockholm 2017
The Stockholm March for Science took place on 22 April 2017. We met at Mariatorget at 11.30 and the march took off at 12.00. The march route went from Mariatorget via Sankt Paulsgatan - Götgatan - Hökens gata - Östgötagatan - Folkungagatan - Götgatan to Medborgarplatsen (see map).
On a stage in the square, a programme run from 13:00 to 15:00, with contributions from a range of speakers and artists, including representatives of the scientific community, other parts of society as well as opinion leaders.

Karim Jebari, a researcher at the Institute for Future Studies
Kajsa Kramming, spokesperson for the network Föräldravrålet (Parents Roar)
Johan Kuylenstierna, Director of the Stockholm Environment Institute
Christina Moberg, President of the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences
